INDOnesian parrot projectThe IPP has several projects to help stop the trade of illegally caught wild parrots. Possibly, their most important project, is their work to save the Abbotti cockatoo. Thanks to the efforts of the IPP the population of the Abbbotti cockatoo has went from only five individuals to twenty-two.

World parrot trust
As the largest parrot advocacy organization, the World Parrot Trust, has conservation programs launched in dozens of countries. They also work to educate the public on the proper care of parrots in human care.
